SKILLZ

To impactfully ascend as a top prospect onto an international stage is a lifetime lifestyle. The countless hours of repetition with the ball create high speed automatic responses that are etched deep into the subconscious.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Every amateur athlete should have a specific base strengthening training program. Training intensity will vary based on the athlete’s instructional comprehension and current stage of physical development.

AGILITY, FOOTWORK, COD'S

Athletes are required to change speed, positioning and direction at rapid rates. A technique based speed development program, combined with reactive components, will enhance an individual’s ability to cover ground efficiently.

WARM UP

Warm up should be used as a progressive building block throughout the entirety of a season. Having a performance based approach will enhance an individual immensely throughout their career.

JUGGLING PROGRESSION

Juggling boosts brain development accelerating the growth of neural connections related to strategic thinking, reaction time, concentration and vision.

ATHLETIC POSTURE

In athletic performance posture is highly important and often overlooked. This posture is the active state of the core within the body and is critical for functional movements. Athletic posture improves performance in areas of efficiency and stability.

MOBILITY

Mobility is the efficiency of a joint to move actively thru a large range of motion. Flexibility and stability are individual components of mobility working together to create well conditioned movement patterns.

ACTIVE RECOVERY

Active recovery phases are low intensity exercises after a competition or a workout. These phases address how the body responds to physical activity by alleviating the stress placed on muscles, connective tissues and joints.

ELECTRODIET

The ELECTRODIET is a performance based diet that focuses on mineral intake, thru the foods you eat and the fluids you drink.

PERIODIZATION

A season should start with an organized training plan using foundational principles. The objective is for the individual to have peak performance during important competitions.

A platform which standardizes physical testing and creates a data base is paramount for assessing, comparing and streamlining future soccer prospects in America. Data and visual assessments give a better awareness and understanding of a player’s ability and future ceiling.
